It also demonstrates the kind of innovations our industries can create together.”</p><p>The transfer gives Ukraine the ability to manufacture the compact electronic warfare equipment without depending entirely on external deliveries.</p><p>The system works by interfering with drone detection capabilities, helping Ukrainian forces reduce the effectiveness of hostile unmanned aerial operations.</p><p>Electronic warfare systems like Stone Cloak have become a major part of modern combat as drones continue shaping battlefield tactics.</p><p>British officials described the transfer of intellectual property as a way to support Ukraine’s defence needs through expanded manufacturing capability.</p><p>The agreement forms part of broader defence cooperation between London and Kyiv involving military assistance, training, and technology sharing.</p><p>“The UK stands shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine, and our support remains unwavering.
