Blerbz is an AI-powered news intelligence platform that aggregates and ranks news content from publicly available sources. The Services include:

• News aggregation — Curated feeds of news content from publicly available sources including RSS feeds, news APIs, and social media platforms.
• BLERBZ100 rankings — Daily algorithmic rankings of top news stories based on engagement, velocity, and other factors.
• AI-enhanced content — Summaries, topic tags, and enrichment generated using artificial intelligence.
• STREAM — AI-generated video news content.
• Premium features — Optional paid features available through subscription.

3. User Accounts & Premium Features

The core Services do not require account creation or login. Certain premium features may require you to provide an email address and payment information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing premium features.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Blerbz does not claim ownership of third-party content. Links to original articles direct you to the original publisher's website.

Trademarks

“Blerbz,” “BLERBZ100,” “Blerbles,” “NUCLEUZ,” “STREAM,” and related logos are trademarks of Blerbz. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain premium features require payment. By purchasing a subscription or premium feature:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, topic tags, video content, and other enrichments. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).
• You should verify important information by consulting the original source articles linked within the Services.
• We continually work to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated content but do not guarantee its completeness or correctness.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Blerbz aggregates content from third-party sources and does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any third-party content displayed through the Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access would be harmful to the Services or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

13. Modifications to the Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
