Account and data deletion

Blerbz supports passwordless app accounts for credits, subscriptions, entitlement recovery, and cross-device access. Core reading does not require an account, but account-linked app features can be deleted on request.

How to request deletion

In the Blerbz app, open Credits or the signed-in account screen.
Sign in with the email address connected to your Blerbz account, if you are not already signed in.
Tap Delete on the signed-in account row, then confirm the account deletion prompt.
If you cannot access the app, email admin@blerbz.com from the email address connected to your Blerbz account with the subject "Blerbz account deletion request".

Data deleted

Blerbz account identity records associated with the verified email address.
Account-linked credit balance, entitlement, and app access records.
Account-linked AI prompt/session history and support/account metadata held by Blerbz where deletion is legally and technically permitted.

Data kept and retention

Google Play, Apple App Store, and Stripe payment records remain with those payment providers under their own policies.
Blerbz may retain limited transaction, receipt, subscription, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, tax, dispute, and deletion-request records where required by law or necessary to protect the service.
Operational backups and logs may take up to 30 days to age out. Records required for legal, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or platform-compliance purposes may be retained for up to 7 years where applicable.

Deleting a Blerbz account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions from your Google Play account settings.

Privacy at a glance

No account is required for core reading.
We use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Vercel) for aggregate traffic; engagement events power rankings and are not tied to your identity for ads.
The app may use Sentry for crashes (sanitized), optional foreground location only when you ask for local news, microphone audio only when you tap the ARTEMIZ mic, and add-only photo library access only when you save generated media. See the full Privacy Policy.
AI features may send prompts to providers such as xAI (Grok) under their terms; we don't use that to sell data or run behavioral ads.
In-app digital purchases use Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Stripe is used only for website, enterprise, and web support purchases; we don't store card numbers.

Terms at a glance

Content is aggregated from third parties; headlines and rankings are algorithmic.
AI outputs from Labs, STREAM, and related tools may be wrong. Independently verify important facts via original sources.
Automated scraping or bulk download of the site is not allowed without permission; the NUCLEUZ API has its own keys and limits.
App store rules (Apple/Google) apply in addition to our Terms.

Publishers & removals

Blerbz does not replace original journalism; we link to publishers and surface metadata from public feeds where permitted.

Children's privacy

Blerbz is not directed at children under 13.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; core use does not require accounts. See the Privacy Policy for details.
