Privacy at a glance

No account is required for core reading.
We use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Vercel) for aggregate traffic; engagement events power rankings and are not tied to your identity for ads.
The app may use Sentry for crashes (sanitized), optional foreground location only when you ask for local news, microphone audio only when you tap the ARTEMIZ mic, and add-only photo library access only when you save generated media—see the full Privacy Policy.
AI features may send prompts to providers such as xAI (Grok) under their terms; we don't use that to sell data or run behavioral ads.
Premium purchases use Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on platform; we don't store card numbers.

Terms at a glance

Content is aggregated from third parties; headlines and rankings are algorithmic.
AI outputs (Focuz, Labs, STREAM, etc.) may be wrong—independently verify important facts via original sources.
Automated scraping or bulk download of the site is not allowed without permission; the NUCLEUZ API has its own keys and limits.
App store rules (Apple/Google) apply in addition to our Terms.

Publishers & removals

Blerbz does not replace original journalism; we link to publishers and surface metadata from public feeds where permitted.

Children's privacy

Blerbz is not directed at children under 13.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; core use does not require accounts—see the Privacy Policy for details.
